TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE "TERMS")

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you and Shuri Education and apply to any services you obtain from us. Please read all the terms and conditions of this contract carefully before using our services. By proceeding with any service offered by Shuri Education, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By contacting Shuri Education via our website, social media platforms, or other means, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shuri Education and supersede all prior agreements, written or oral.

2. CLIENT CONSULTATIONS

You can initiate contact with Shuri Education through our website, social media platforms, or word of mouth to express your interest in our services. After contact, an initial consultation form will be provided to capture essential information such as your academic history and country of residence. This information must be accurate and complete for effective service delivery. We review the submitted form to arrange a consultation. All appointments are conducted in the GMT time zone. If you are more than 5 minutes late to a scheduled appointment, it will be rescheduled. We allow rescheduling up to a maximum of three times.

3. SERVICE SELECTION AND CONFIRMATION

During the consultation, we will transparently explain all available options based on your individual goals and aspirations. We are happy to answer any questions at this stage to ensure clarity and understanding. All of our agents are experienced and professional, dedicated to providing the best possible guidance. If you opt for premium services, you will be sent information on how to make your payment after the initial consultation.

4. SERVICE DELIVERY

Once the service type is confirmed, you will be onboarded to our secure online portal, which will be used for all communications and document management. The portal is designed to protect the privacy and security of your documents. You must not share your portal password or attempt to compromise the security of our portals. Any breach of this will result in immediate removal from our services. We will store all documents and information for a maximum of 12 months after you start your program of study. We will assist you with your university application but have no control over the decision made by the university. We assist with visa applications but are not affiliated with embassies and cannot influence outcomes. Shuri Education is not liable for visa refusals, including those due to fraudulent documents. All materials shared by Shuri Education on our portal, which have been created or compiled by us, remain our intellectual property. You indemnify us for any breach of this condition.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY

You are responsible for paying all application and visa fees directly to the respective authorities. You must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all documents provided. We do not work with clients engaged with other agencies and reserve the right to remove such clients from our services.

6. REFUNDS AND PAYMENT POLICIES

Refunds will not be given for any premium services if you change your mind. However, we are happy to defer the payment at our discretion in the event of extenuating circumstances that affect your study abroad plans.

7. SERVICE COMPLETION

For standard service clients, the process concludes once you receive your visa. Aftercare services are available exclusively to premium service clients.

8. CONDUCT AND REMOVAL POLICY

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of abuse, harassment, or disrespectful behavior directed at our staff. We reserve the right to remove you from our services immediately if such conduct is exhibited.

9. GENERAL TERMS

Shuri Education reserves the right to modify or cancel services as necessary. The most up-to- date terms are available on our website and will apply to all services provided. You indemnify Shuri Education against any liabilities resulting from fraudulent documents or actions. If any term is deemed unenforceable, it shall be amended to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms shall continue in full effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shuri Education regarding the services provided.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the services are provided:

  • For services provided in Nigeria, the laws of Nigeria shall apply, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
  • For services provided in Uganda, the laws of Uganda shall apply, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uganda
